Meet Ivan
We talked to Ivan, one of Blade’s long-standing clients, to find out why he chooses Blade time and time again…
After the many laughs, anecdotes and general chatter of Ivan’s regular appointment he agreed to sit down with us to talk about his experiences at Blade and particularly with Caroline, who has been cutting his hair for over 20 years.
Their bond and fondness for one another was prevalent throughout the appointment, sharing a familiar connection that has transcended the relationship between hairdresser and client to become a genuine friendship, recognised by all who witness it.
As often is the case with long-standing clients, Ivan & Caroline have shared many heart-to-heart's in the salon chair and their shared experiences and unwavering support for each other, is part of what makes the Blade family so special.
Ivan was emphatic in his recommendation of Blade, particularly as a suitable destination for those with additional needs disabilities, noting that both Caroline & Alli “are very sensitive to people with special needs”. Highlighting Caroline’s dedication to improving awareness and services for the autistic community, recognising that “to her credit, [Caroline] has keyed her business to helping such people”.
Ivan rounded off our meeting by sharing that “Caroline's very nice and she cuts hair very well”.
A statement which was both sincere and heartfelt in it’s simplicity.
