Suffolk Hair & Beauty Small Business of 2023/24

The Small Business Awards celebrates small businesses and entrepreneurs , putting a spotlight on exceptional businesses who are pioneers in their industry, displaying resilience, innovation, community impact, and unwavering dedication.

Caroline & Alli were honoured to be nominated for this award by some of their incredible clients & friends, giving recognition to the crucial work they both do at Blade and in The Sensory Studio.

The awards final was held at Trinity Park in Ipswich on Saturday 11th May 2024. Bringing together finalists from 12 different categories for an evening of food, drink and celebration.

As the second award announced, we didn’t have to wait long to find out who was the winner of Suffolk Hair & Beauty Small Business this year. The announcement came as a welcome surprise and received an emotional response from the ladies - yes, it was Blade!

After a heart-felt speech from Caroline, and an opportunity to spread further awareness about the The Sensory Studio and support needed for SEN families, the evening ended on a massive high. “The best night of my life” says owner, Caroline, who was overwhelmed with the positive response and support from fellow business owners and families.

The award helps Blade to position itself as an industry leader in autism friendly haircuts and creating a safe space for families with additional needs.
